What is the vision behind NAFAAS?
To empower those who grew up between cultures to see that experience as a strength.
Through objects, clothing, and stories, NAFAAS exists to bring meaning, presence, and quiet confidence into everyday life.
What does NAFAAS mean?
NAFAAS comes from the Farsi word for breath, a word shared across several cultures and languages.
For us, it’s a reminder to live with awareness, stay connected to where we come from, and create things that carry meaning beyond the surface.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is NAFAAS House?
NAFAAS House is our visual and physical world around the home.
Through @nafaashouse, we share ideas on interior, fashion, and mood, a living visual journal of what inspires us.
The product side begins with sculptural vases and will grow into a wider universe of objects, all created with the same intention and care.
How do releases work?
We release new pieces in limited drops.
Those on our email list get early access, including when the drop opens and how to enter before anyone else.
New chapters are already in the works.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Denmark and across the EU.
Availability for other regions may vary and will always be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been shipped:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–5 business days
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or drops, it may take a little longer, we appreciate your patience.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

What does “presale” mean?
Presale means the item is not in stock yet and is produced or sourced after your order is placed.
This allows us to release pieces in smaller, more intentional quantities.
When will presale items ship?
Each presale product has an estimated shipping timeline shown on the product page.
These are estimates, and sometimes delays can happen, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Can I cancel a presale order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it for a full refund.
about returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, of course.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, as long as the item meets the conditions in our Returns & Presale Policy.
If anything is unclear, we’re here to help.
What condition does my return need to be in?
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags
- In original packaging
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
That’s on us.
Send us a message and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Why are your products limited?
We create in small batches and drops to keep things intentional.
It allows us to focus on quality, storytelling, and creating pieces that feel considered, not mass-produced.
Will items restock?
Some pieces may return, but many are limited and won’t be restocked.
If something speaks to you, it’s usually best not to wait.
