Returns & Presale Policy

Presale Orders

Items marked as Presale are not held in stock and are produced or sourced after your order is placed.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production or supply chain factors.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead return the item in accordance with our return policy below.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at:

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging and condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit


Refunds

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and inspected, or until proof of return has been provided.

Where required by applicable law:

  • Standard delivery costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned

  • Any additional shipping costs (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable


Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds


Returns Outside the 14-Day Period

Returns requested outside the 14-day withdrawal period:

  • Are not eligible for refunds, but

  • May be accepted at our discretion for store credit only


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at:

We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery, however this does not affect your statutory rights.

We will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products made specifically to your order


Presale Acknowledgement

By placing a presale order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates

  • Delays may occur

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

Your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery remains unaffected.
